PARENTS' GUIDE

You're the director of this show.

Your kid gets a phone call from the North Pole. You get the full backstage tour — what's actually happening, how it's kept safe, and how to make the moment land perfectly.

What's actually happening

When your child calls, they're talking to a live AI performance of Santa — a video avatar with a warm, unhurried voice, holding a real two-way conversation in real time. Nothing is pre-recorded and no two calls are the same. Before the call, you tell us your child's name and, if you like, their age, city, wish list, and something good they did this year. Santa opens with their name and works those details in naturally — that's the moment jaws drop.

How it's kept safe

Making the magic land

IF YOUR CHILD ASKS "IS THAT REALLY SANTA?"

Our suggestion: "It's the way Santa makes video calls this time of year — he can't fly everywhere before Christmas Eve." Keep the answer in the world of the story. Dial Santa never breaks character on a call.

How minutes work

You buy a minute pack once — no subscription — and minutes never expire, working with every character. Calls are metered by the second, and if Santa ever fails to answer or a call won't connect, those minutes come straight back. Anything ever feels off, support is a human who'll fix it fast.
