The deal, in plain English.

1. What Dial Santa is

Dial Santa is an entertainment app by Natura AI LLC that lets families have live, personalized video calls with holiday characters. The characters are AI-generated performances — a live video avatar with an AI voice holding a real-time conversation. It's theater, made with care. By using the app or this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Who can use it

Accounts, purchases, and setup are for adults — you must be 18 or older and the parent or legal guardian of any child who joins a call. Children use Dial Santa under your supervision. You're responsible for the information you enter and for activity on your account.

3. Minutes & payment

• Calls are paid for with minute packs — one-time purchases, processed by Stripe. No subscription, no recurring charges, no free trial.
• Minutes never expire and work with every available character. They're tied to your account (your email), aren't transferable, and have no cash value beyond our refund policy below.
• Metering is per second of connected call time. If a character fails to answer or a call fails to connect, those minutes are automatically returned — you only pay for conversation that actually happened.
• Prices are shown at purchase and can change for future purchases; minutes you already own are never affected.

4. Refunds

We want zero families feeling burned by this product. If something went wrong — a call failed, the experience disappointed, you bought the wrong pack — email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund unused minutes to your original payment method, no interrogation.

5. The AI, honestly

• Conversations are generated live by AI. They're designed to be warm, safe, and age-appropriate, but like any live performance they can occasionally be imperfect or say something odd. A parent should stay nearby during calls.
• Characters never ask for personal information and are instructed never to promise specific gifts — please don't rely on anything said in a call as a commitment by anyone.
• Dial Santa is not affiliated with any other Santa-related product, brand, or (to our knowledge) the North Pole.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempting to break, probe, or overload our systems; no using calls to harass, deceive, or harm anyone; no reselling access; no using the service if you aren't the supervising parent or guardian. We can suspend accounts that do these things, refunding any unused minutes.

7. Your content

Details you enter (names, wish lists) remain yours; you give us permission to use them to operate the service — that's it. See the Privacy Policy for exactly how information is handled. Everything else in the product — characters, design, software — belongs to Natura AI LLC or its licensors.

8. Warranties & liability

Dial Santa is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it magical and available, but we can't promise uninterrupted service or that every call will be perfect (see section 3 — failed calls are refunded). To the fullest extent the law allows, Natura AI LLC's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law doesn't let us limit.

9. Changes & ending things

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date before they apply. You can stop using Dial Santa any time and ask us to delete your account — unused minutes on a deleted account are refundable on request.

10. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state in which Natura AI LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions first, always: nate.walchenbach@gmail.com.
