What to describe accurately
The characters are AI performances, not human performers. They respond to voice and parent-provided personalization. The camera is a local self-view; it is not sent to the AI providers or our servers. Calls do not use Apple FaceTime. Parents should set up and supervise the experience. Please refer to the current privacy policy for provider processing and retention, rather than describing calls as “zero retention.”
Approved artwork and preview
Use these assets when covering Dial Santa. Do not imply endorsement by Apple or depict the synthetic callers as real customers. Keep this disclosure with demo footage: AI-generated demo of the in-app experience — no real children shown.
